A blend of pedagogical tools is used to nurture high quality management skills amongst students, including case analysis and case preparation individually as well as in groups. Special emphasis is given to group discussions, student’s presentations, quizzes, role plays, colloquiums, round tables, workshops, computer based projects, real life surveys and term papers

Regular guest lectures, seminars and conferences with eminent speakers from industry and academia are organized. Students are sent for industrial training during summer vacation after the first year to apprise them of the real business life. 

To enhance their analytical abilities in group and individually every semester a Minor Project is undertaken where students have to undertake research on current economic-social themes with managerial dimensions and put forth their own findings. In the final semester every student has to undertake a major research project under the direct supervision of a faculty.

Behavioural Dynamics Lab dedicated to activities like conducting market surveys, organizing management games, role plays, quizzes and debates is an integral part of the curriculum. It also organises telecast shows of important events like the Annual Budget. Apart from central computing facility a Digital Management Laboratory is set with state of art computers and equipments. Students are provided with 24 hours connectivity to internet through 32 mbps leased line.
