About the conference
Where health and agriculture meet in the lab
HABIT-2026 is the second edition of the International Conference on Health and Agricultural Biotechnology: Interdisciplinary Trends, organized by the Department of Biotechnology at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad, in Prayagraj — one of India's oldest and most culturally significant cities.
The conference brings together researchers from across the globe to examine recent advances at the intersection of health, agriculture and allied disciplines, with sessions led by domain experts and a dedicated platform for young scientists to present their work and compete for the HABIT Young Scientist Awards.
Its interdisciplinary scope — spanning medical biotechnology, agricultural science, bioinformatics, environmental biotechnology and nanotechnology — makes it relevant to academic researchers, PhD scholars, and industry professionals alike.
