The ICCCT-2011 organizing committee invites proposals for workshops to be held at the International Conference on Computer Communication &Technology, immediately prior to the technical conference, on Thursday, September 15, 2011 in Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, UP, India.
ICCCT-2011 will provide an informal setting where participants will have the opportunity to discuss specific technical topics in an atmosphere that fosters the active exchange of ideas. Members from all segments of the Computer and Communication community are invited to submit workshop proposals for review. Workshops that focus on new and emerging topics, or on applications, are particularly encouraged. To facilitate interaction and a broad exchange of ideas, each workshop will be limited to 50 participants and should plan for ample time to foster open discussions. Affiliated workshops will be held on Thursday-Friday, September 15-16. The purpose of these workshops is to provide a platform for presenting novel ideas in a less formal and possibly more focused way than the conferences themselves. As such, they also offer a good opportunity for young researchers to present their work and to obtain feedback from an interested community. The format of each workshop is to be determined by the organizers, but it is expected that they contain ample time for general discussion. The preference is for one-day workshops, but other schedules will also be considered.
