The IEEE Joint Societies Chapter of IE /PEL /CS at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad is organizing a fifth sequel conference of SCES to motivate student scholars who are working in the area of Engineering and Systems. The conference will focus on the emerging areas in the field of Electrical & Power Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computing Technology and Intelligent Systems, Mechanical Systems and Mechatronics Engineering and Applied Sciences. The conference is arranged to provide a platform for research students to present original work done by them which leads to sharing of knowledge at a highly technical platform. The student researchers and academicians from various national institutes like NITs, IITs, State Engineering colleges, University colleges, etc., and institutes from other countries will be invited for presentations, deliberations, and discussions. The technical program will comprise of keynote sessions, tutorials, oral and poster presentations, technical exhibitions etc.

IEEE
The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.(IEEE) strated on January 1, 1963, with the merger of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers and the Institute of Radio Engineers. The initial membership of the IEEE largely comprised of Americans. Today the IEEE is spread over 160 countries with more than 350,000 members, spanning a wide spectrum of professional activities, allied to and complementing its original areas of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. With its vision to be essential to the global technical community and to technical professionals everywhere, the IEEE is engaged in the task of fostering technological innovation and excellence. The reach of IEEE is such that today, there is perhaps no area of human activity, which remains unaffected by it. The IEEE, having grown into the largest technical professional organization in the world, serves its members through a number of platforms like societies, journals, transactions, magazines, conferences and industry standards.

MNNIT Allahabad
Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad was formerly known by Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, Allahabad. It is an institute with total commitment to quality and excellence in academic pursuits is among one of the leading institutes in INDIA and was established in year 1961 as a joint enterprise of Govt. of India and Govt. of U.P. in accordance with the scheme of establishment of REC. However with effect from June 26th of 2002 the college became deemed university and is now known as Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology. The students are extensively exposed to cross-cultural environment as candidates from various other countries such as Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Mauritius, Malaysia, Iran, Yemen, Iraq, Palestine and Thailand also join MNNIT for various undergraduate and post-graduate programs.

For a paper to qualify for the award, a student must be the presenter of the presentation.
Special Sessions A proposal for a special session can be submitted to the organizing committee before January 20, 2019.
Exhibition SCES 2019 will provide a platform to explore possibilities of Industry-Academia Collaboration to Industries, Universities, Institutions, Research Centers etc. to exhibit their portfolio and concepts.

Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit the full paper limited to maximum 6-pages in the form of an electronic file in the format available in website. All submitted full length paper will be peer-reviewed. Limited good quality accepted and subsequently presented papers under oral session of the conference will be considered by the technical committee for sending to the IEEE Xplore.
