VCAS 2019 will feature pre-conference/ in-conference tutorials and workshops, addressing fundamental and emerging topics in VLSI, Communication and Signal Processing. Tutorial/Workshop proposals should be emailed to the Respective Chairs and Organizing Secretary VCAS 2019 (see below) by 31/AUG/2019.

• A tutorial/ workshop proposal should include the:


• • Title
• • Presenter/organizer name(s) and affiliations
• • Expected enrollment
• • Abstract (less than 300 words)
• • Additional outline if needed
• • Presenter/organizer biography (in case of tutorials)
• • Expected outcomes (in case of workshops)
• • Links to the presenter/organizer web page or the tutorial page (optional)

A tutorial session (preliminary) is 1 hour and 30 minutes with a 10-minute break between two consecutive tutorial sessions.

A workshop session (preliminary) is 3 hours with a 15-minutes break. Depending upon the proposal and suitability the length of workshop may be elongated.
